The APTSeries has the capability to receive any type of invoice or related AP document and quickly enter them into our system. For paper documents, we have a rigorous back-office process that creates a scan image, indexes the imaged document with the appropriate data record, and then electronically files the image for archival purposes. We scan any paper that we receive and include all document pages, not just the first page. For electronic documents, we can effectively interface with any imaging or scanning software that our clients employ.
